The documents consist of the following: Table of Contents, the actual documents, and amendments to the documents. Also, the 'Standards' document which gives vision representation of expectations for the sub, and Amendment 6 references the 'Standards' document.
NOTE: If you are replacing a damaged item to the exterior of your home it needs to be replaced with the exact same color and style. If you are changing something exterior to your home, this document can help you know the available options. Then, complete a Modification Form and submit it to the management company for approval from the Board PRIOR to any changes.
