If you are replacing a damaged exterior item on your home, it must be replaced with the exact same color and style. If you are planning a change to the exterior of your home, the Architectural Control Standards document outlines your available options.
In either case, a Modification Form must be completed and submitted to the management company for Board approval before any work begins.
