Making Changes to Your Home's Exterior

The Bylaws require that all exterior features and landscaping be maintained and replaced as needed. If you are repairing or replacing something, you may do so using the same color and style without additional approval.

However, if you are making any change in color, style, or materials, you must submit a Modification Request Form and receive Board approval before any work begins.

Forms can be submitted online at inrhodes.com — hover over the Forms tab and select Modification Request. Complete the form and include photos of the area to be modified.
