Modification Change Form

IMPORTANT – Bylaws state you need to replace and maintain existing landscaping and anything exterior to the home. If you are repairing or replacing something exterior to the home, you can do so with same color and style. BUT, if you are CHANGING it, you need to submit a Modification Request Form. This can be done at https://inrhodes.com. Hover over the ‘Forms’ tab and click “Modification Request” option. Complete the form and submit photos.
